       We have made arragements with three hotels, which will keep a limited number of rooms reserved for participants of AUTOMATA 2004 for a limited time. The hotels are located not too far from the workshop venue (at most 15 minutes walking). You can use an interactive map of Karlsruhe to find out more.

General info        In general you may want to have a look at the www page http://www.karlsruhe.de/Tourismus/eng/ukv/ where you can search for hotels and free rooms. Try out the advanced search.

As a rule of thumb hotels with zip codes 76131 to 76137 are more or less in center of Karlsruhe. It should be no problem to get to university from there using the (really good) public transportation system. In some cases links to the online city map have already been added.

For phone and fax the prefices are +49 for Germany and 721 for Karlsruhe.
